After payment, you will receive an email with a certificate.
Activate the certificate
Call +7 953 535-74-07 during business hours from 10:00 to 19:00 and our administrator will activate the certificate, agree on the date and time with you, and also book the required room or service by phone
If you has not decided on a date for your arrival, please inform our administrator. We will explain the next steps in more detail.
Please contact us by phone at least 20 days prior to the intended date of booking the room/services using the gift certificate. Please provide the certificate number when calling.
ABOUT CERTIFICATES
We'll create an electronic certificate for 10,000/15,000/20,000/25,000/50,000 rubles. If you want to add a a personalized message to your gift, please fill in the "Comments" field in your application.
If the room rate exceeds the list price, you can pay the difference on the spot. If the room rate is lower, we'll take a deposit and keep it safe until your next stay.
