- Арендатор вправе при аренде имущества пользоваться им совместно с домашним животным. При этом содержание домашнего животного увеличивает стоимость аренды на 1 500 (Тысячу пятьсот) рублей 00 за животное до 35 см за заезд, за животных выше 35 см – на 3000 рублей за заезд. Дополнительно при аренде имущества с домашним животным вносится обеспечительный платеж в размере 5 000 (Пять тысяч) рублей в обеспечение сохранности имущества на весь срок аренды. Обеспечительный платеж вносится Арендатором при передаче имущества Арендодателем и возвращается после окончания срока аренды в случае возврата имущества в том же состоянии.
- За пребывание в домиках берется дополнительная плата согласно прейскуранту в качестве компенсации за расходы, связанные с дополнительной уборкой. Оплачивается единовременно при заезде.
- Передвижение по территории Глэмпинга до места выгула возможно только при наличии намордника и поводка.
- Гостю необходимо самостоятельно убирать продукты жизнедеятельности животных.
Запрещается
- Использовать для животных посуду, полотенца, пледы и шторы, предназначенные для наполнения и декора домиков в глэмпинге.
- Брать с собой животное в банный чан и сауну

- Все риски, связанные и исходящие из поведения животного, времени и условий пребывания на территории глэмпинга несет владелец животного.
- Если животное повредило или уничтожило какое-либо имущество Глэмпинга, владельцу животного необходимо возместить ущерб.
- Глэмпинг оставляет за собой право расторгнуть договор с гостем, пребывающим с животными, без возврата стоимости бронирования в случаях нарушения правил.

Marmar Glamping is a family-run project located in the picturesque surroundings of southern Karelia. We create a cozy atmosphere of hospitality and comfort for our guests, pouring our heart and soul into every detail of the project.
The name of the glamping (from the Finnish word "marmari" meaning marble) was inspired by the nature and history of Karelia itself. Karelian marble was the first marble to be mined in Russia.

Yes, Wi-Fi works throughout the glamping area. Cell phone service is available on the pier for almost all operators. Tele2 and MTS have good coverage within the glamping area.
Yes, we welcome children to our glamping. Children under 5 years old stay free without an extra bed (breakfast are not included). We have high chairs, special dishes, bibs, potties, washbasin stands, toilet seats, a pregnancy pillow, a children's menu, and a children's corner in the café.
Each safari tent has heated floors and electric blankets, swan-down blankets and pillows and throws that will keep you warm even at 0 degrees! In May and September, we offer only safari tents with additional insulation. Glamping is comfortable!
We have a Karelian cuisine café on site, open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We offer breakfast (included in the price) and a la carte meals. You can also purchase various snacks, marshmallows, drinks, and marinated meat to grill yourself.
Each safari tent has a refrigerator, its own grill, cups, wine glasses, plates, cutlery, tea, and a kettle.
You can purchase charcoal and kindling from the receptionist.
Complimentary drinking water is available in the café, and a pitcher is provided in each tent.

Our property features two separate shared bathrooms with four showers and six toilets. Hot water showers are available 24 hours a day. The toilets and showers are heated.

The weather in Karelia changes frequently. It can be hot during the day and cooler in the evening. Make sure you pack warm clothes. All safari tents accommodate up to three people. We can add an extra bed with breakfast included for an additional fee of 2,500 rubles per night. Glamping has become the perfect place for those who want to relive those experiences and memories, but with the comfort and carefree ease of the great outdoors.
